Damascus 12-piece knife & accessory set - AUS-10 steel

Six knives, each forged from Japanese AUS-10 high-carbon stainless steel and finished with a hammered Damascus surface, sit at the heart of this set. Blade lengths run from a 9 cm paring knife through to a 20 cm gyuto, santoku, fillet knife and bread knife, plus a 19 cm cleaver — each with a full-tang construction and a black pakkawood handle, and each shipped in its own bamboo saya.

The six accessories are chosen to keep the knives in daily use: a magnetic bamboo holder for the wall, a bamboo cutting board with juice groove and hidden handles, two double-sided whetstones (180/800 and 2000/6000 grit, each with an anti-slip bamboo base, flattening stone and 15° angle guide), a 25 cm honing steel, and a 27 cm carving fork.
