Six handmade knives designed for precision. Thin blades—1.8 mm for most knives, 1.5 mm for the parer—cut cleanly without crushing even delicate food. Sharpened to a 15° double bevel grind (sharper than typical Western knives at 20–25°), they hold an edge through countless cuts. The hammered Tsuchime pattern reduces drag, preventing food from sticking during slicing and chopping.
Each knife balances Japanese 440C high-carbon steel in the blade with a hidden full tang inside a black pakkawood handle. Bamboo sheaths protect every edge. Designed to work together as a complete kitchen.
