Four handmade hammered blades cover everyday kitchen tasks: a paring knife (9 cm), Petty (13.5 cm), Santoku (17 cm) and serrated Kiritsuke (21 cm). Each is shaped from Japanese 440C high-carbon stainless steel hardened to HRC 60 ±1, ground to a 15° double-bevel edge, and fitted with an ebony handle and a bamboo saya for safe storage.
Five considered accessories round out the set: a magnetic bamboo knife holder, a bamboo cutting board with juice groove and hidden handles (40 × 30 × 2 cm), a double-sided 1000/6000 grit whetstone with anti-slip bamboo base and 15° angle guide, a 30 cm honing steel and a 27 cm carving fork. The complete package weighs 4 kg and ships in a box measuring 47.6 × 31 × 22.1 cm.
