De Merapi Saké Pourer combineert een vloeiende vorm met een voelbare keramische glazuurlaag. De uitlopende rand zorgt voor een gelijkmatige straal, terwijl het ronde lichaam vanzelf in de hand ligt, even goed geschikt voor sake, wijn of water met smaak.

Het diepbruine oppervlak trekt naar rookzwart en vangt het licht in subtiele lagen. Doordat het glazuur met de hand wordt aangebracht, heeft elk stuk zijn eigen karakter, met tintverschillen die van vuur en vakmanschap getuigen.
