Het petty-mes maakt af wat het koksmes begint: bijsnijden, schillen, insnijden, klein snijden. Met 135 mm is het compact genoeg voor gecontroleerd detailwerk, met een Damascus stalen lemmet dat zijn scherpte behoudt bij herhaald gebruik.
