Shaped like an open flower, this hand-blown glass bowl has a weight and presence that feels considered rather than decorative for its own sake. The platinum rim catches the light gently, making it as pleasing empty on a shelf as filled with fruit or a few floating candles.

At just over 20 cm across, it is a generous size for a centrepiece without dominating a table. Its 1.6 kg weight keeps it settled and still.
